Refund policy
the scheer collection is a one-person run small business operating with limited inventory. All international orders are final sale.
Refunds can be offered if requested within 5 business days of the delivery date for domestic orders. Any request for refund after the 5 business day window will not be accepted. To initiate a return or exchange, please submit the request through the Contact page form with your full name, order number, and reason for return or new size request (if exchanging). The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. If the product shows any wear or tear upon inspection, the refund will be cancelled and the product sent back to the recipient. Damages and issues
the scheer collection llc uses a third party vendor for all casting and finishing of products. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
